Hi,

Myomectomy is a surgery, when uterine fibroid are removed. All the normal parts of uterus and ovaries are left intact so it's natural to regain normal menstruation. According to your age, in a short period of few months after surgery. Present less bleeding during menses is due to the the stress of surgery bringing about few hormonal changes in menstrual cycle. It would be normal in few months. Please don't worry. The future menstrual cycle would be matching to your current age.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
