What Causes Scanty Periods Post Fibroid Surgery?

I did fibroid surgery last year. Since then my period has been very scanty. It doesn t even stain my pad n i can only realise am in my period each time i want to pee. It lasts for only two days. Pls what do i do cos i am trying for conception. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, first thing I would like to suggest here and that is get done the ovulation study and sperm count if this is okay then just keep trying for conception, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
