What Causes Scanty Urination?

When I urainate I only pass small amount and my penis is very soft and not firm it shrinks and feel loose at times and when I try urainate I feel my testicles move down and the testicles balls very small when I sit down the testicles feel flat and I been drinking water And my urologist did a cystoscope it was ok and a ultrasound on my kidneys and bladder it was ok. And I been having this problem going on 3 months now. Could my testosterone be causing this problem

Hello Dear. Drink lots and lots of water. Testosterone has got nothing to do with it. May be small penis and testicle is a normal variant which is found in many, but be assured it will not cause any sexual dysfunction in future. Since all tests are negative nothing to worry.
