What Causes Scarlet Fever, Stomach And Throat Pain With Redness?

hi, my daughter was diagnosed with scarlet fever last week, she finished her amoxicillin this monday for 10 days. not her throat hurt and i saw that it looks red and stated it hurts...she also say she has a lilttle tummy ache? what do you think this is?! please advise...thanks
