What Causes Scratchy And Burning Throat?
Throat feels scratchy after 3 days of vocal rest from talking in loud environment at work and singing. It was not hurting until today. Looked in mirror and it has red vieny looking things over whole throat and uvula. I don t feel bad just a slightly burning achy throat.

Signs of vocal abuse, try to drink lots of water and even small sips of olive or almond oil should help prevent further friction. Dont drink cold or hot fluids, and just give your voice as much rest as possible.
