What Causes Scrawling Sensation On The Penis And Scrotum?

Hi. I ve been paranoid about my genitals recently. One night I felt movement in my penis and scrotum and noticed movement under my skin. I would lift my penis upwards and spot something moving away from my tip. I would see clear to white color come out from under my skin at the tip and I want to know what is happening to me. I haven t had sex around a month and a half before this started.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to local infection of prepuce and should be reviewed by any dermatologist or a urologist and if discharge persists it may need to be sent for cultures and sensitivity as well as serologies of STD infections may be needed along. Meanwhile OTC anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen alongwith antibiotics may be needed if so.

However it can be normal discharge or night fall as well so must be discussed for all options with your primary care physician before proceeding. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
