What Causes Scrotum And Stomach Pain After Manual Stimulation?

It was my boyfriend's birthday last Sunday and we were hanging out. I was giving him a hand job but I stopped before he came.. Then three days ago on Thursday he started complaining his balls were hurting :/ he said it was making his stomach hurt aswell? It was my first time of doing it and I know I did it wrong :(. But what did I do? He seems really annoyed about the whole thing and feel so bad :(. Help? x

Read and understood the concern.
From the history you have provided, it seems that your boyfriend has a problem with torsion of the testis or nerve entrapment, this is the reaosn he is getting that typical pain.
I would advise you the following:
Take him urgently for ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the abdomen and scrotum so that the exact cause can be found to carry on the proper treatment.,
It is always advisable that an actual examination be done by a General Surgeon or an Urologist.
The treatment will obviously depend upon the findings on investigation and clinical evaluation.
