What Causes Searing Pain In The Upper Part Of The Leg?
My left side of my upper leg feels like a bunch of needles are pokinng me{real deep}, Feels like a pressure point ,very PAINFUL, I wake up screaming in pain, not like a charlie horse. can t sleep, yhe pain is very deep. I used a massager on the area and, it seems to move around, very painful to the touch. can you give me any ideal what it could be. I don t have insurance.

It could quite possibly be a nerve entrapment or compression, and is most probably triggerred by rigorous sports or physical activity, weight gain, poor nutritional level, etc.
I would recommend a visit to either a physician or vascular surgeon for further management.
