Im 34 years old. I had my first seizure at 27 and have had about 6 more since then. Since the first one it always bothers me when i feel anything weird at all. That anxiety gets worse with everyone. I m scared its going to happen in public again but it hasn t. So i m wondering if im really having symptoms or if my anxiety is causing me to make them up in my head. I started feeling strange early in the week, but i finally felt more normal yesterday so i wasn t as worried as usual yesterday. I was thinking if i didn t have one when i was feeling so strange i had to be making it up in my head. But late last night there were police close to my house doing a licence check. There were alot of lights flashing and i felt it all of the sudden and had another one. I don t have epilepsy, so i guess im asking is if the anxiety that im feeling in my head contributing to a problem or is feeling these symptoms (all the time almost daily for a couple years now) mean i really am on the verge of having a seizure all the time.
