What Causes Seizures With Brain Scarring With Dizziness?

Hello please help I collapsed at work two years ago and had a seizure, I had lots of tests and they all came back clear, I have been on anti depressants which the doctor put me on but it didn't help so I stopped taking them. I am still taking the aspirin but that is all I take. (75mg every morning) all that has come back is that I have scarring on my brain as a result. However I am still feeling dizzy which makes me feel and be sick, getting shakes, and feeling cold at night time. Please help, many thanks
