What Causes Seizures With Dizziness, Headache And A Fear Of Falling?

Had a Generlized clonic tonic seizure 2 days ago, I hit my mouth on amicrophone when I fell and split my lip open. I had stiches was put on pennicillin and lorcet. Now I have been dizzy last 2 days. hard to get out of bed or do anything, afraid to fall, I do not know if it's meds or the hit on my lip. I have headache. Ct Showed no concusion in ER. The only meds I take are zonigram. I was at 250mg but since soeizure I raised back to my previous dose of 300mg. Prior to this incident Have nt had a sezure for 8 years. I am 35y old female. which the condition sturge weber and epilepsy.
