Hi,
From history it seems that you may not pass sperms but there might be having prostatic secretion or fluid which due to pressure in abdomen and genital tract come out.
Nothing to worry, this is common.
Take plenty of water.
If require consult your doctor and get examined and rule out any infection in your prostate.
Ok and take care.
