hello sudhanshu... How old are you? are you married? I think its Dhat syndrome. Its rather common in young unmarried men. There is nothing to worry about it. See, the semen production is a continuous process that runs 24 X 7. So, after a certain time, if it does not get a outlet (like sex or masturbation), it does come out through urine. I hope that helps. Consult a dermatologist/ sexologist, if it does not alleviate your anxiety.
