What Causes Semen Discharge While Urination?

my fiance said that he just felt like he had to urinate badly, and when he went to do so, instead only semen came out, with a TINY dribble of urine after a pretty large amount of semen was done coming out. Nothing like this ever has happened with him before, he does not masterbate as i read that could be a cause?
