when i have a long urination at the very end when im almost done my urine goes from yellow to yellowish white... looks a little like sperm is coming out with my urine. Last time i had sex was last night before bed. It also burns after this happens, not during.

You are concerned about finding semen in your urine. This is actually very common occurrence. It is a normal function and is nothing to be worried about. The burning is from a change in pH or acidity in the semen compared to the urine. It is again nothing to be concerned our worried about.
