What Causes Semen Leakage During Urination?
Sir , I was traveling and I didn t take food and water properly. I went for toilet and I saw the sperm comes out with urine . This happened with me once . And please tell me am I suffering from any disease??? What are the precautions needs to be taken ??

dehydration and infection can cause this. drink more water and maintain hydration. can take furadantin 3 times daily. there will be high coloured urine. microscopic urine examination after centrifuge can be done can go for culture and sensitivity
