What Causes Semen Leakage While Walking Or Bending Or Coughing?

Hi Doctor...I would be grateful if u can help me a bit! Firstly Whenever i wake up in the morning my sperm is leaked In addition to this when ever i urinate and wash my penis area then afterwards my urine gets leaked automatically during hardwork or exercise like walking or bending myself or coughing!! But I dont know whether sperm is leaked or urine!!! I was having itch in my ass from about 3 years and i was always scratching inside!! Can it be the problem or anything else!! Thanks

Hello,

As per my clinical experience:
1. The passing of semen at early morning is called Night fall, which is absolutely normal physiologic condition happening in almost all of the adult personnel due to hormone changes levels in parts of sleep cycles. It is not a disease and does not require any therapy.
2. The involuntary passing of liquid while coughing, bending, hard work or exercise indicates stress urinary incontinence, due to weakness of pelvic floor muscles. This issue requires consultation with an expert Urologist for uroflowmetry evaluation and further management.
3. Itching ass for a long period of time does not pause with this type of leakage of urine or semen.
