What Causes Semen Leakage?
I just had a bowel movement, and when I stood up realized there was a seaman like discharge on the head of my penis. I was not arrosed or had any sexual contact before or durring a very short movement. I am not backed up as I had intercourse till completion less than 24 hours ago. Any idea what this could be from?

Hi,
That is not something you need to be concerned about. Anatomically the rectum is close to the prostate and the sexual glands. Sometimes if the bowel movement is large those get compressed and in consequence release fluids in the urethra.
