Semen in underwear Is there any reason for semen leaving my body without knowing it? I’m a healthy (perhaps a little overweight) 54 yr old male. I take Omeprazole for Acid Reflux (under control completely); Trimeterine and Atenalol for blood pressure (under control and in normal range) and Citalopram for Depression and Anger Mgmt. On three rare occasions starting 3 yrs ago and my wife has found what looks like semen in my underwear. This has caused major issues in my life with my wife. I don’t cheat and I know I didn’t have sex within 24 – 48 hours of these incidents with my wife or self stimulation (which I don’t do that often at all anymore). I could have been asleep when these things have happened. In any case I did not notice this in my underwear, but it does look like semen probably ½ teaspoon or less spread around the front of my underwear. I really need to know if there is a valid urological explanation for these rare incidents.
