What Causes Sensation Of Faint/weak And Fuzzy Vision?

This has happened a few times before, but today it was pretty bad. I was on the train ( standing) and started feeling really faint and weak. My vision became really fuzzy and I had to get off the train to cool down or I probably would've passed out. Im not claustrophobic and I use the trains alot.

Hello
It seems from the history that you had an episode of fainting associated with fuzzy vision.
These symptoms suggest an episode of vadovagal syncope or transient ischemic attack.
The common causes are hypotension, hypovolemia, anemia....
However vascular diseases affecting the carotid arteries and peripheral vascular diseases need to be ruled out.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
