What Causes Sensation Of Fainting?

sir i always have a sensation that i am gonna faint i feel very dizzy for whole of the day and in the night i feel very suffocating and loss of oxygen not completely breathless but a kind of uneasiness and i have a problem of heavy gastric it troubles me alot

You should increase your fluid intake.
You should avoid fatty and friend foods.
Donot eat before 3 hours going to sleep.
