HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you do have a pulled muscle particularly if the pain is worse with certain movements.

The use of an anti inflammatory pain killer such as ibuprofen, cataflam or naproxen may help reduce the discomfort.
A warm compress to the area may also relieve some of the pain.
