What Causes Sensation Of Salt On Throat?

good morning doctor! my girl says that she feels a sensation of salt on the throat, like a permanent feeling. She s worried! she usually eats fruits and vegetables and drinks 2 bottles of water every day. just to make you aware her mother is diabetic if it has something connected. What do you think she could have and how she could solve the this on going problem from yesterday 5pm? thanks in advance Doctor

Dear most common cause like continuous mucous in the mouth which will give salty taste. Due to the sinusitis, bronchitis etc... Other possibilities like oral bleed or infection or dryness etc.. Avoid spicy oily food and alcohol. Avoid cool drink and freeze water. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
