Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to:
1. Pharygitis.
2. Acid reflux.
3. Post nasal discharge.
4. Allergy.
5. Adenoid hypertrophy etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pantaprazole before breakfast for one week. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
