What Causes Sensation Of Tightness In Temples After Exercising?

hi. Just a few days ago, after some exercise (squats and stuff) i felt a great pressure pushing outwards at my temples and behind my eyes. I continue to feel it even after the exercise, and it comes back when i started to exercise again. Since that day i tried drinking more fluids but it doesnt seem to help...

as from your history I can think of more than one type of headache.

most probably the headache you are feeling with physical activity is exertional headache, which can occur with exercise ,weight lifting ,coughing and during sexual intercourse, they generally do not have underlying problem, but if they keep on coming again and again you may need to visit a doctor to rule out other cause by having MRI done.
If MRI is normal then it will be classified as primary headache and you can take indomethacin tablets for its treatment.
