What Causes Sensing Cigarette Smoke Smell That Isn T There?

Why do I smell cigarette smoke? There is no one around me smoking. It occurs almost daily. I ve been experiencing this for about one year. Throughout the year, about twice, the symptom went away for about 2 months or so. I am experiencing the symptoms now for quite a while, maybe 4 months or so. Lately it s for most of the day.

It can be due to gum infection. You can use betadine gargle. Rule out for gastritis and don't skip your meals.
