What Causes Sensitive Abdominal Skin With Burning Sores Suggest?

I have had for a few days now the skin on my left lower abdomen and left side started being sensitive when I would slide hand on it, the pain in a way feels burning to sore and possibly like if you had something harsh rub it. I have not had anything like a rough or new shirt lately, any ideas??

Vasculitis can present like this, it is the localised inflammation of blood vessels which can also lead to burning pain. You can use MOISTUREX CALM LOTION and if possible please send the photographs of lesion for proper evaluation..
