What Causes Sensitive And Tender Spots On Penis?

I m and std free but two areas on my penis feel really sensitive. And almost hurt to the touch. There are no break outs of any kind and have been tested with being negative. It just feel like constant rubbing and super sensitivity. I do sit down a lot during the as I have an office job

I really appreciate your concern, it may be some nonspecific kind of symptoms and it is not due to any disease so try to forget this, if this is persistence then better to get done the clinical examination because without this it can not be ruled out anything hope this information helps.
