What Causes Sensitive Painful Lump On The Top Of Testicles?

I have a little discormfort on the top of both of my testicles, there seems to be a lump type swelling on top of both testicles, when i touch that area it's quite sesitive and oainful. I also have acheing knee joints, symtoms similar to arthiritis in my knees, not sure if it's related.

The possibility of some pain on the upper parts of the testes and the pain in the knees are obviously not related unless there is urethritis. If there is urethritis along with epididymitis and knee joint pains this is called Reiter's syndrome.
These need investigations. Ortho opinion for knee pains and Urologist's for the testicular problem.
Proper clinical evaluation and examination and investigations will give the proper diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
