What Causes Sensitive Skin On Chest While On Cefepime?

I have been on and off cephapine antibiotic for the past 6 weeks. Treated for a bladder infection. Psuedomonos and then entero. For the past week I have terribly sensitive skin on my chest. It feels as tho I had the flu and the sheets hurt, if you know what I mean. I am getting the antibiotic thru a picline in my shoulder. The discomfort kkeps from getting more than a couple of hours of sleep and I have no idea what may be causing It. It is only on my chest and back. Your thoughts would be appreciated!

On the safe side once ECG should be done, Cefepime less likely to be cause, CXR and examination and needed investigation should be done.
