What Causes Sensitive Skin, Pain In Chest Radiating To Left Arm And Dark Stool?

I m a 24 year old male. I have high blood pressureand a rapid heart rate the fluctuates between 89 and115 beats per minute. I occasionally feel small priks on my heart that I can feel down to my fingers in my left arm. All my skin has been tender and I get short of breath at times. I ve had very dark stools and diarrhea. I went to an er and was told my blood was good no clots to my lungs thyroid looked good too but I know something is up.

Hi welcome to HCM.

I understand your concern.
Many of your symptoms are largely related to anxiety related stress attacks.This usually results in fluctuations in heart rate.I advice you to have a baseline echocardiography and ECG to determine additional organic lesions if any.Many of the symptoms can be controlled by use anxiolytics drugs like alprazolam.Pertaining to the dark stool,a complete stool examination is essential.Occasionally infective causes can lead to discoloured stool.In case if the stool examination is negative ,you can be rest assured.Empirical antibiotics can help to eliminate infection if any.Consult your Gastroenterologist for further expert management.
