What Causes Sensitive Tongue?

what would cause the tip of my tongue to become sensitive, no color change, but now anything with sugar in it is no longer pleasant to taste? At times there is a slight burning on the tip of my tongue. I am currently taking a multivitamin, levothyroxine (50mcg/1/day) sertraline(25mg/1/day) and lisinopril/hydrachlorothiazide(10-12.5 tab/1/day) I mentioned it to my GP but she didn't make any comment
