General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
You might be having myositis ,that means inflammation of muscle fibers which could be because of several causes like infections, injury or idiopathic. I advice you to take neurobion tablets for few days and over the counter analgesics for pain relief. If the symptoms doesn't subside or become worse then consult your doctor for further evaluation which includes electromyogram, muscle biopsy etc..

Thank you,
Take care
