What Causes Sepsis After A Surgery For A Macroadenoma Pituitary Tumour?

I had my second surgery for a macroadenoma pituitary tumor. After the surgery I ended up with sepsis. I have to get MRI every five months. The last stated that I have white matter changed...could you explain this please..and also since surgery I have a underactive thyroid and my adrenal gland is not working...Do you have any suggestions??

youhave to take pituitary hormone as substitute.it supports other endocrine gland mainly thyroid.since you have got under active thyroid then you have to take thyroxine.and tsh or thyroid stimulating hormone.
