Your symptoms point towards either pregnancy or severe hormonal imbalance (PCOD, ovarian or thyroid problem). Unless you have associated ear (infection, deafness/ trauma/ ringing in ears) or vision (refractory error, retinal or eye pressure problems). You therefore need to have extensive health check up starting with a gynecological checkup and investigations extending to ENT or eye doctor if needful, followed by specific management under expert care.
