What Causes Sever Chills, Fever, Loss Of Appetite, Vomiting, Dizziness And Neck Pain?

I m 47female, I choked on a grape on Monday later that day I developed sever chills, and fever 101, have had no appetite, (have been consuming liquids), had 2 episode of vomiting but not able to vomit anything up, dizziness, weakness, pain in neck and body.

Hello,

It is a case of gastrointestinal infection due to unwashable food or fruits as you tell. Don't worry these are typical signs of infection most likely bacterial infection.

Any kind of body infection causes fatigue, weakness, lack of vigour. Don't worry. I suggest you take up following medications: Rx Tab Amoxycillin TDS 5days.

Tab Domeperidone BD for 5 days. Tab Paracetamol BD 5 days. Take plenty of fluids with a tinge of salt. Take fresh fruits particularly juice.
