What Causes Sever Nose Bleeds And Headaches?
I have recently been painting and am also exposed to a damp bedroom at home due to single glazed windows. I have recently started getting nose bleeds and having blood within my nose since this and experienced severe headaches. I am 5 11 and weigh approximately 14/15 stone with an average build for my age of 21.

A very important cause of nasal bleed in such a acse can be nasal picking in response to nasal itching or dryness in such environment. Avoid such environment with irritants. Do not scratch nose, instead clean it with luke warm water. Get b.p checked. If still you get no benefit, get an endoscopy done
