What Causes Several Eggs In The Ovaries Followed By Fluid Build Up?

I have been in pain and sick for 5 days after going to the er twice the gave me a CT scan ans said that I have several eggs on both ovaries and fluid in the bottom of my pelvis. What does this mean they didn;'t give m,e any medication or anything
