What Causes Severe Abdomen Pain In A Diabetic?
Hi, am suffering with type 2 diabetes since 1997. am under oral medication. medicnes that am taking now is trigulin 2 after breakfast.. mopaday forte after lunch and dinner... also i take coversyl plus after breakfast.. last couple of days am having some pain in the lower abdomen right side .. please advise .. sugar fasting 132 .. pp 168 avg .. age 47 years.. 94 kgs ..

Paon in right lower abdomen can be because of various reasons like acute appendicitis,acute renal colic.acute colitis,etc.Since it is not posible to diagnose your problem online,you must consult a doctor for proper physical examination and relevant inveigations to arrive at the diagnosis and then treatment.
