General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Menopausal bloating normally has one of two main causes: water retention or gas retention.
During and after menopause, bloating can also be related to changes in the gastrointestinal tract.
These changes can be caused by many things, including: changes in diet or appetite.
I suggest to do an abdominal ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile,I suggest using Simethicone medications three times a day.
I also suggest to use daily probiotics and eat a healthy diet.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
