Hello I am so bloated that I look 7/8 months pregnant (I know because I ve been pregnant twice) I ve been like this for years now. I have been diagnosed with cfs (which I think started due to b12 deficiency and a very stressful occupation) I was later diagnosed eith fibromyalgia by a rheumatologist. I have all over muscle and joint pain However the bloating at times is so and that I can hardly walk I do drink too much whitewine (over the weekly 15 units) but so does my best friend and she isn t bloated like me I ve been tested negative for leaky bowel syndrome and tested twice for cealiacs disease which also comes back negative. There doesn t seem to be any pattern of what causes any pain (sometimes I m completely bloated with no pain at all) except certain processed foods. I ve recently become asthmatic again and have a very itchy scalp. I take amitriptylline (low dose of 10mg) and citalopram for post natal anxiety. I have been vegetarian most of my life since the age of 6 and I don t eat fish What shall I do? It s getting to a stage that this bloating is causing me alot of problems in life Thanks Ps I m 39 years old, weigh about 77 kg and am about 5 ft 6
