General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There can be various issues as:
intestine motility issues, gallbladder calculus of other inflammation, bile drainage system problems, liver swelling, stomach or duodenum infections, food pattern related, low mobility or lack of exercises causing indigestion or other issues.

A detailed case study, clinical examination with supportive evaluation of an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis with or without upper GI endoscopy are useful tools to best guide.

Primary relief with PPI as pantoprazole, GI motility-related drugs as levosulpiride and bulk-forming laxatives as Ispaghula husk help best till you consult your doc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
