What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps After Intercourse?

hi last night i had sexual untercourse with my parther after wich i had an awful abdomen cramp as i sat to pee the pain was like i was having my menstrual for the first day it was very unbearable after i starting throwing up then felt better the next day i kept having weird pain in my belly not as severe n back pain as well can this be a result of pregnancy? as my partner and i are having unprotected sex and when he ejaculates on my belly i use my finger to take it up and place it in my vagina n mouth as he like seeing me doing it then we resume sex.. awaiting a response very concern
