What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps And Blood In Urine?

Hi Yesterday I had very bad cramps My period came and I was bleeding not so much during the day This morning I wake up to urine and as I am doing so I feel something hanging out of my virgina so I pull it out and it s a piece of meaty looking thing ,Pretty long What is this ? Should I be concerned and visit the doctors?

I have gone through your query. Are you sexually active now? If yes then it can be a missed abortion. A pelvic examination by gynecologist will be helpful to rule out this. In such case dilation and curettage will be required.
