What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps And Light Bleeding?
My period came almost two days late I had a lot of cramping the last three days and when my period did come it came out dark brown and it was just a little...and now I have light bleeding where I only have to change my pad but once a day....what is wrong with me

Here as you have cramping along with light bleed I would suggest you to consult gynecologist for examination
Your pelvic examination and per speculum examination done to look for any organic cause if present
USG examination will also be useful
According to cause further specific treatment given
If bleeding troublesome and increasing trenexemic acid can be prescribed
