What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps And Nausea?

woke with stomach cramp and nausea and when I passed gas the toilet was full of blood wiped and it stop was told a bout 5 yrs ago I had diverticolitis but it was not bad and I also was seen for hemroids and a fissure all have seem to have been taking care of now iam woundering If it could be something more had a polop on the gallbladder but the dr said it was just a polop please what should I do next

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to bloating.

I suggest using simethicone medication to relieve the bloating.

I also recommend using daily probiotics.

I suggest to drink liquids and eat a fiber-rich diet.
