What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps And Pain?

I have abdominal pain and was on a flight from Boston - San Diego last night. Cramping and severe pains in the abdomen...like gas. Could it be an appendicitis. Still have pains. Been now drinking lots of water..alka seltzer, pep dismal mints. Some relief...not much

It might be appendicitis if pain is sudden and severe. For this I will advice you to do ultrasound of abdomen to rule out the diagnosis. You can take cyclopam or meftal-spaz s.o.s. for pain with pan-d or omez-d empty stomach for gas and gastric upset. Thank You and Take Care
