What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Before Menstruation?
I am on birth control, but I ve been having cramps starting since last night, I am not suppose to get my period until next week, I ve also been eating a lot more than usual.. But I figured it was just pms is that normal or should I be concerned of pregnancy?

Hello,
If you had unprotected intercourse, the symptoms can be related to pregnancy. I recommend to wait a week. If you don't have your period, I recommend to do a pregnancy test. Meanwhile,I suggest using spasmolytics to relieve the abdominal pain.
