What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps During Menstruation Along With Acne Flare-ups?

My 16 year old daughter have severe cramps typically the first two of he menstual cycle and has hormonal acne flare-ups. She is not sexually active at this time. I ve read up on YAZ, Ortho Tri-cyclen and Estrostep 21. I appears that YAZ may be the besy chioce for her. What do you recommend?

I really appreciate your concern, this is dysmenorrhea and this is very common condition if the pain is not bearable then this can be tried with "Tab Ibuprofen" else this is nothing to worry and let her grow little old and this would be fine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
