What Causes Severe Abdominal Discomfort And Pain In A Colon Cancer Survivor?
I have been experiencing abdominal discomfort for a few months, but not bad enough to stop my activities. On Sunday night i had stabbing pains all night all night, could not sleep. Pains like those I experienced prior to dx of colon cancer in 1996. my colonoscopy in 1/2017 was negative. Felt ok yesterday until I ate breakfast, upset my stomach but that cleared. Ate a light dinner, went ok. Today when I ate, I have abdominal discomfort and a feeling of malaise.

After hearing your history i would advise you to do a CT scan of whole abdomen and a blood test for CEA.
